能不能说说翻译组成员具体要做些什么？
比如某些影视或者动漫论坛的字幕翻译组成员会被分派任务，要求必须什么时间内交作品。翻译组也会这样吗？

翻译五篇帖子，就可以申请加入翻译组。

加入翻译组以后，没有硬性的指标，只要保证每个星期的翻译量就可以了：）
